In my entity-relationship diagram, I am able to describe the entities: the customers and the attributes I want to know about, such as their phone # or their address. Through records, I am able to keep together the data connected to my customers and the types of data that identifies the customer. By organizing the data and records into a database, I would also be capable of tracing the relationships to what that specific customer ordered, how much it costs, and many of them are their, making an effective business role.
