4.3- Packet Switching Technology Description

In the diagram, each network send and share information through routers that connect from one network to another. Messages, which are divided into packets are sent by a client to the server with the help of Internet Protocol (IP), which sends the packets through nodes, and Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) which basically manages the packets being sent. An IP address is used to that shows the destination of the sent packet and is relied on by the IP datagram.

The problem with concurrent data transmission is that multiple users send packets through one wire which can cause some packets being sent to the wrong destination, through packet-switching technology, each packet sent by one user is sent independently and then displays where it came from when it reaches its destination.
